TeleHealthRanks started on YouTube. On our channel, we review telehealth platforms one by one: signing up, going through the intake process, checking the real pricing (including the fees the landing pages don't mention), and comparing what you actually get for your money.
This site exists because a ten-minute video can't hold everything. Here you'll find our full rankings, detailed written reviews, and cost guides, updated as platforms change their pricing, which happens constantly.
What we cover
We began with GLP-1 weight loss programs, because that's where the money and the confusion were highest. Those still make up most of our ranking. But the same problems (opaque pricing, fees that appear at checkout, platforms that vanish after your first order) show up across every corner of telehealth, so we've been widening the scope.
Today we also review online dermatology, women's health (menopause, birth control) and general care visits, and we're adding categories as we test them. The method doesn't change: we go through the intake ourselves before we write a word.
Why this matters
GLP-1 medications changed everything about medical weight loss, and created a gold rush of online programs, some excellent, some overpriced, and some outright misleading. A "$199/month" headline can quietly turn into $600+ once you add membership fees, dose increases, and lab work. That pattern isn't unique to weight loss, and our job is the same everywhere: do the math before you spend a dollar.
How we make money
Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you sign up for a program through one of them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects our rankings: programs cannot pay to rank higher, and we say clearly when we think a program isn't worth it. Read our full affiliate disclosure and ranking methodology.
