TeleHealthRanks.com ("we", "us") is an independent editorial website that reviews and ranks telehealth services for a United States audience. For any privacy question, use our contact form.

What we collect

  • Contact form: if you write to us, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you choose to send. That's the only personal data this site collects directly.
  • Nothing else: we do not run advertising trackers, we do not set marketing cookies, and we do not require accounts. A small browser preference (session storage) may be used for interface behavior; it never leaves your device and identifies nobody.

How your data is used

Contact form submissions are used for one purpose: replying to you. They are transmitted by FormSubmit (our form processing provider) to our email inbox. We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle your request, then routine mailbox retention applies. We never sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Third-party services

  • FormSubmit processes contact form submissions (their privacy policy).
  • Cloudflare hosts and serves this website and may process technical data (IP addresses, request logs) as any web host does (their privacy policy).
  • YouTube videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which limits tracking until you press play (Google's privacy policy).
  • Affiliate partners: when you click an offer link (marked with our affiliate disclosure), you leave this site and the destination platform's own privacy policy applies. We receive no personal information about you from those clicks, only anonymous, aggregated referral statistics.

Your rights

Depending on your state of residence (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its sale, noting that we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, use the contact form; we will respond within a reasonable time. We do not discriminate against anyone exercising their privacy rights.

Children

This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
