Gala is on this list for one reason: the number you're quoted is the number you're charged. That sounds like a low bar. In this market, it is not.

Value is one way to sort this market. Reputation is another, and we ran it as a separate exercise: three weeks going through every telehealth weight-loss platform we could find, cross-referencing our own data against Trustpilot, Google reviews, Reddit and the forums, and weeding out the fake reviews that would have skewed the result. A more modest profile, between 3 and 3.3 out of 5 on Trustpilot, but the fundamentals check out: accredited by the Better Business Bureau, certified by LegitScript, and billing only starts after clinical approval. The main complaint users report is prepaid packages they found difficult to cancel, so read the cancellation terms before you commit to a multi-month plan.
5. Gala: decent, but mixed
